For inboxes you gave up on
Clear thousands of emails by sender — and see exactly what moves.
One decision per sender clears thousands of emails at once — you see the count and what changes in Gmail first. On Plus, turn on a rule and it keeps doing it, only after showing you what it would do.
Free · no card · 50 cleanup actions a month · 30-day undo on Archive, Later and Delete
What Google will ask you to allow
Google’s screen asks for one Gmail permission, gmail.modify, and words it more broadly than DeclutrMail uses it: DeclutrMail moves and labels email and never sends email as you. We never fetch or store full email contents. See what DeclutrMail can and can’t access →
one Archive decision · 412 emails · undoable for 30 days
№ 01 — Why sender cleanup is faster
Thousands of emails. Far fewer senders.
Instead of reviewing every email, review each recurring sender once. One decision can cover the email that sender already added to your inbox.
Years of newsletters, receipts, and notifications.
The same sender appears again and again.
One decision covers that sender’s matching email.
№ 02 — How it works
Connect Gmail. Review senders. Confirm each change.
Connect
One Google sign-in. We scan the sender, subject, and short preview line Gmail already shows you — never full email contents or attachments.
Review
Every plan reviews ranked senders in Senders and the focused Triage queue. Choose Keep, Archive, Unsubscribe, Later, or Delete with a preview before mail moves.
Keep control
Activity shows what happened and when Undo is available. Only rules you deliberately turn on handle future mail, and you can have one collect matches for your approval instead. Sent unsubscribe requests cannot be taken back.
Five decisions, one clear result each.

№ 06 — Questions
Asked, answered.
What does DeclutrMail actually see in my Gmail?
We never fetch or store full email contents. DeclutrMail stores these Gmail details: Gmail message and conversation IDs; Sender name and email address; Subject line; Gmail preview snippet (the short text shown in your inbox list); Date received; Gmail labels; Your Gmail label names; Read or unread state; Whether a message was sent by you; Recipient email addresses from To and Cc on email you sent; Unsubscribe links and whether one-click unsubscribe is supported; Estimated Gmail message size. The privacy policy separately explains the account, preferences, decisions, Activity history, and billing records needed to run the service. Privacy policy →
Does it read my emails?
DeclutrMail never fetches full message bodies. It stores metadata plus the short preview snippet Gmail itself shows in your inbox list. To write a short explanation for a suggestion, DeclutrMail can send Anthropic the sender and engagement numbers. It does not send subject lines, preview snippets, or full email contents for this explanation. To write a Pro Brief, DeclutrMail can send Anthropic the sender, subject line, and Gmail’s short preview snippet. It never sends the full contents of an email.
Can it mess up my inbox?
Before a manual action moves email, you see the count and what changes in Gmail. You can undo Archive, Later, and Delete from Activity until the deadline shown there. Deleted email also stays in Gmail Trash for up to 30 days unless you empty Trash sooner. A sent unsubscribe request cannot be taken back. Before an Autopilot rule starts, you see what it would do to email already in your inbox; you choose whether it acts or collects matches for your approval.
How is this different from Gmail filters?
Filters are rules you write directly in Gmail. DeclutrMail groups email by sender and shows the affected count and a sample before you confirm — the count can shift if new mail arrives first. Archive, Later, and Delete don’t create rules for future email; that’s Autopilot, which is opt-in and always previews before it goes live.
What happens if I disconnect or delete my account?
Disconnecting stops all syncing and actions immediately. Deleting your account schedules permanent deletion of everything we stored — the deletion date respects any undo windows still open, so your safety net outlives your subscription.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes — every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee: tell us within 30 days of a charge and we refund it in full. See the refund policy for full terms →
